    Dr Robinson trained at Southampton University and completed his General Practice in Southampton. He enjoys and has clinics for Minor Operations. Dr Robinson also conducts Occupational Health medicals for seafarers and is a Maritime and Coastguard Agency Approved Doctor. He has 2 children, and in his spare time enjoys cycling, running, and playing guitar. He is also keen on football and rugby.

    Dr Ganesan completed his medical training in Southampton in 2006. He works with all aspects of General Practice but has a particular interest in geriatric medicine. He enjoys teaching medical students and supervising junior doctors. He has 3 young children and is a keen sportsman.

Nurse Practitioners

    Prior to becoming our nurse practitioner, Lesley was a clinical nurse specialist in the Community. She also worked in the emergency department, assisting in preventing admission into acute hospital beds, as well working as a senior nurse practitioner in the urgent response team. Lesley works alongside our doctors and can provide home visits to our patients when needed.

Practice Management

The Practice Manager supports the Partners, GP's, other medical professionals and administration staff with delivering patient services as well as assisting in developing services to enhance our patient care.

Administration

The administration team provide aspects of secretarial duties, access to medical records, sending referral to other health care providers, supporting the PPG group, summarising patient records and any other administrative aspects relevant to their role.

Reception

Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

Community Nurses

Our team of community nurses offer an excellent service to adult patients in the community who are unable to access practice based services. We have a very good working relationship with this team and work together with them in a large number of very different situations, often doing joint visits to ensure the best care for our patients. We meet with the Community Team on a monthly basis to share clinical updates and focus on the patients needing their clinical input to improve their health and wellbeing.

Health Visitors

A Health Visitor is a Registered Nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

Medical Secretaries

The practice has medical secretaries to help patients.
